Services and rate

Babysitting

 Basic rate  20,00 Eur/hour 
 
 Double family (basic) rate  12,00 + 12,00 /hour 
  two families can request my services for their children at the same location and pay only 9 euro/h per each.*
 Overnight
 (after 23:59)		  + 2,00 Eur/hour 
 Weekend  + 1,00 Eur/hour 
 Administrative costs 1,00 Euro per invoice 
 Cancellation costs 0,00 Eur if within 10 calendar days in advance, the estimated cost -10% per each remaining to the cancelled date.
ex. cancellation 1 day before the expected service = 90% of the cost. 

Additional Services
 Preparing lunch/dinner  2,00 Eur 
 Small house cleanings
 ex. dishwasher/washing machine load/unload, kitchen cleanup.		  2,00 Eur 
 Dedicated shcool repetitions
 note: homework follow-up is already included in the basic rate.		  + 4,00 Eur/hour

    • Other Important Notes:

  • The final hourly rate is agreed together.
  • If the requested service is below 3 hours, please get in touch with me to discuss the specific need.
  • The travel time is normally included in the rate. If the travel time exceeds an acceptable portion ( < ~5%) of the requested service duration, or the car is required, a contribution may be discussed.
  • The payments of the services can be executed via digital link (KNAB bank app) within 7 days from the invoice reception (the link expires otherwise), bank transfer within 14 days from the invoice reception, or pin at the service location. Payments in cash can be accepted but are strongly discouraged.
  • * Double family is intended for two families requesting my services for their kids at the same location and for the whole booked time. Example: Jhonny stays the entire day (8 hours) at Alex, and I was booked to babysit both at Alex's place. → Jhonny's family pays 9,00 Eur x 8 hours; Alex's family also pays 9,00 Eur x 8 hours. Casual playdates in a single-family booking are, of course, allowed without any extra payments. Example: Jhonny comes to Alex's place for a casual playdate and stays for 2 hours. I was booked to babysit Alex only for 8 hours. → Only Alex's family pays 13,00 Eur x 8 hours; Jhonny's family does not pay anything.



    • House Cleaning

     Standard home cleaning rate   14,00 Eur/hour 
    note: minimum 2,5 hours.
     Cleaning after move rate  + 2,00 Eur/hour
